General Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed in 3-5 days. We'll inform you via email if there are any issues or delays with processing. Most orders are shipped via USPS. Lucky Seven Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Lucky Seven Studio tries to reduce plastic waste by selecting paper packaging and shipping materials when possible. 

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after delivery to qualify for any refunds or replacements. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is something wrong with your order,  email luckysevencrafts@gmail.com with your issue and include a photo of any damages. We'll be happy to sort it out!

At this time, we are not able to process exchanges.

Order Tracking

If applicable, you will recieve tracking information from the carrier when the order ships. Please direct any questions about shipping delays to the carrier.

In consideration for shipping costs, Lucky Seven Studio offers "Standard Letter" shipping on orders containing only stickers. This is not available on all orders and excludes oversized stickers. Orders with this shipping method selected will be mailed via USPS in a standard no. 10 letter envelope with a Forever Stamp. This is to provide affordable shipping for small orders, it will not include tracking information.
